The show is set and filmed in Colombia. Seasons 1 and 2 are based on the indulging life of Pablo Escobar who became a billionaire through the production and distribution of cocaine. One sees a good amount of engagement with drug lords, DEA agents, and other oppositional parties!
The series is a real-life depiction of the rise of the cocaine trade in Colombia and the life of the traders in and around the later ’80s. Meanwhile, cocaine distribution is being curbed, a lot of engagement is there with politicians, technicians, etc.

Gilbert is the leader of the Cali cartel and one of Pablo Escobar’s important enemies.

Final Thoughts: Narcos Poster Collection
The show focusses on the doomed life of a cocaine dealer in Columbia of the 1970s. The plot of the story is rather intriguing, it holds you back each time you think of an escape. How drug dealing can be a culture and how the same can accompany a lot of agents in and around you, all the same.
However, with Pablo Escobar it’s slightly different, or is it?! However, the fact that our good old lord turns into a billionaire by indulging in such illegal dealings, is in itself a true revelation and further heightens our inquisition.
Therefore, keep tight for this stupendous show to unravel the intriguing plot and storyline that’s surely gonna have to end with good winning over evil! Well, are we sure of it?! The show is jammed with action and thriller scenes and shots. The dialects and dialogues used, make the show completely believable and indeed a true picturization of Columbia in that generation.
The story takes time to build but is surely the most intense towards the middle and the end. Pablo Escobar as a character is sure to make you a devoted Narcos aficionado. The show receives a booming 8.8/10 IMDb rating and has been loved by 95% of people, worldwide.
